What information do we collect?
- Details you type into a form: name, business name, email, phone, ZIP or postcode and order notes
- Files you upload, such as logos and artwork, and the picture made in Design Your Bag
- Messages you send by email, phone, WhatsApp or chat
- Basic technical data our hosting provider logs, such as IP address and browser type
How do we use it?
Only to answer you: to prepare quotes and proofs, produce and deliver your order, and reply to your questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your artwork for anything except your order.
Who else handles it?
Our email provider delivers form messages to our sales desk, our hosting provider serves the website, and our chat provider runs the chat window. Delivery details are shared with the carrier that ships your order.
We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages are read and where visitors get stuck. They record page views, clicks and scrolling, not the details you type into a form, and you can block them with a browser extension or by refusing cookies.
How long do we keep it, and what are your rights?
We keep quote and order records for as long as we need them for your orders and our accounts. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@paperbagsupply.com.

We keep approved artwork so you can reorder without sending it again. Ask us and we will delete it.
