These terms apply to every quote and order. Your written quote holds the details for your order and takes priority if anything differs.
How are quotes and prices set?
Prices start from $0.30 per unit and are confirmed on a written quote for each order. A quote states the bag, size, paper, handles, print, quantity and its validity period.
What does approving a proof mean?
For printed bags we send a free design proof. Approving it confirms the artwork, spelling, colors and placement. Production starts on approval and follows the approved proof.
When are orders made and delivered?
Production takes 4–6 business days after proof approval. Delivery is free and tracked to the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and takes 2–3 business days after production.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Misprints and transit damage reported within 10 days of delivery, with photos, are reprinted or refunded. The returns and reprints page explains what is covered.
Who owns the artwork?
You keep all rights to your artwork. By sending it, you confirm you have the right to print it, and you allow us to use it only to produce your order.

Is a quote a binding contract?
A quote becomes an order when you accept it and approve the proof.
Can prices change after I accept a quote?
No. The accepted quote is the price for that order.
What if the bag colors look different from my screen?
Screens and paper show color differently. The approved proof and your Pantone references are the standard we print to.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
Production is 4–6 business days after proof approval and delivery is 2–3 business days. We tell you straight away if anything delays your order.
Can I cancel an order?
Before proof approval, yes. After approval, production may already have started, so contact us immediately.
Do these terms apply outside the US?
Yes. They apply to every order we deliver to the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
What if my artwork belongs to someone else?
Only send artwork you have the right to use. We may decline to print artwork that is not yours.
How are disputes handled?
Contact us first. Most problems are settled with a reprint or refund.
Can these terms change?
We may update them; the version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that order.
