What happens after you send a quote request?
A person on our sales desk reads it and writes back with a price per bag and an order total. If anything is unclear, such as the gusset size or the number of print colors, we ask before we quote rather than guess.
- We confirm the bag style, size, paper and handles.
- We price the quantities you asked for.
- If you sent artwork, we prepare a free design proof.
- You approve the proof and production starts.
Do you need artwork before quoting?
No. We can quote from a description and a logo count. Artwork is only needed for the design proof, and you can send it later by email or through Design Your Bag with your logo.

Does a quote commit me to an order?
No. A quote is a written price. Nothing is made until you approve it and the design proof.
How long is a paper bag quote valid?
The validity period is written on each quote, because paper costs can change.
Can I get prices for several quantities?
Yes. Ask for two or three quantities and we will show the price per bag for each.
What if I do not know the size I need?
Tell us what goes in the bag. We will suggest a size and include it on the quote.
Can I request a quote by phone?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp (503) 461-4788 and we will write the quote up from the call.
Can I attach a sketch instead of a logo file?
Yes. A photo or sketch helps us understand the idea; the final artwork can follow.
Do you quote for businesses outside the US?
Yes. We deliver free to the UK, Canada and Australia as well as the US.
Will the quote list the paper weight?
Yes. The paper, weight, handles, print and finish are all written on the quote.
Can I change the quantity after the quote?
Yes. Ask for a revised quote before you approve the proof.
Is my artwork kept private?
Yes. Your files are used only to prepare your proof and print your order.
