Where should a new buyer start?

How do I place an order?
Request a quote, approve the written price and the free design proof, and production starts. There is no online checkout.
When do I pay?
Payment terms are written on your quote. Nothing is printed before you approve the proof.
Which file formats do you accept for artwork?
AI, EPS, SVG and PDF are best. High-resolution PNG and JPG files also work for many logos.
Can you help me with my artwork?
Yes. Our designers prepare the proof and will tell you if a file needs fixing before print.
How many changes can I make to the proof?
Ask for the changes you need before you approve it. Production only starts on your approval.
Can I order a single sample bag?
Ask us about samples when you request your quote and we will tell you what is available for that style.
How do I track my delivery?
Every order ships with tracking, and we send the tracking details when it leaves production.
What counts as a misprint?
Print that does not match the approved proof, such as the wrong color, a missing element or a shifted logo.
What do I do if bags arrive damaged?
Photograph the bags and the carton and send the photos within 10 days. We reprint or refund.
Do you store paper bags for later delivery?
No. Each order is produced and shipped to you once you approve the proof.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Tell us as early as possible, ideally before production finishes.
